Comics, Cosplay & Culture

For over 25 years by now, Japan animation enjoys a constantly growing fan society in Germany. Only able to be snatched from well-versed comic traders at the beginning, mangas and animes nowadays aren't just a footnote in some book stores anymore. Therefore, lovers definatley are going to get their money's worth in the EpicCon's comic area. Amidst new releases, limited editions and fan merchandise collectors will find everything, their otaku heart desires.

At some book fairs in the years past, some visitors blankly rubbed their eyes when they watched realistic comic characters hoofing it from booth to booth. Behind this quaint crative work there mostly are  confirmed manga or fantasy fans, who out of hand slipped into the role of their favourite comic hero theirselves. At EpicCon the animation-keen DIY'ers finally should get their own platform.

Despite the animation focused offers, the Japanese culture of course should not go short. After all, there's so much more to discover in the land of the rising sun. No matter if it's j-fashion, j-pop or j-food, the EpicCon's convention programme for Japanese lifestyle will provide something for every j-fan. Moreover, cultural events and music gigs are planned, which should give a great insight view on Japan's tradition and modern era.
